Wansheng Intelligent Manufacturing has launched a new powder recycling management system that can efficiently screen and recycle unused metal powder, reduce material waste and prevent powder contamination.
The system is almost fully automated and comes with a touchscreen interface that allows it to automatically process powders of varying particle sizes, while meeting ETL and ATEX safety regulations, ensuring operator contact with powders is kept to a minimum.
2. 3D printing workpiece powder cleaning solution:
Wansheng has developed the CB series explosion-proof 3D printing workpiece powder cleaning box, which is specially designed for large workpieces. It can perform powder cleaning operations under the protection of inert gas, improve powder cleaning efficiency and protect operator safety.
The system uses a servo motor to rotate the workpiece 360 degrees, and cooperates with a vibration device and a dust blower to effectively clean the powder inside the workpiece with complex structures. It can also connect to the powder suction equipment to directly recycle the powder, reducing harm to the environment and human body.
3. Multiple filtration and dust removal solutions:
The PPS permanent filter dust removal solution launched by Wansheng is specially designed for 3D printing working environment and can effectively purify harmful fumes, dust and odors generated during printing and post-processing.
The permanent filter element dust removal equipment adopts an atmosphere circulation purification solution that combines multiple filtrations of cyclone dust removal units, medium-efficiency dust removal units, and long-term filter element filtration units improved by PFB process. This not only greatly improves the service life of the filter element, but also ensures the efficient purification of the equipment.
